Cycling, exercise and beach fun
The beach is a great place to get exercise done. If you are the type that doesn’t like lying idly on a mat and reading a love romance then cruising on a beach bike is for you.
Cycling on the beach is very good for your health because it provides a more rigorous workout and at the same time is good for the respiratory system because of the benefits of sea air. Also when you get on your micargi cruisers and head for the beach don’t forget to grab a volley ball or a couple of badminton rackets. A trip on a men’s micargi will warm you up and prepare you for a good game near the shoreline.
Cycling and running on sand will improve the look and health of your legs and will give you ankles everyone will envy. It is also a good idea to do stretching and breathing exercises or a bit of yoga. Cycling back in a slower tempo will provide a natural winding down routine and help stretch and flex your muscles giving a good finish to a great exercise day. So when you have that weekend coming, don’t lie on the sofa watching TV, get on the bike and head for the beach.
